We understand the significant risks involved which could result in fines, fees, and products recalls. This is why Robroy Stainless™ has developed the first electrical infrastructure system designed to specifically address these concerns and minimize both corrosion and contamination. When determining the proper conduit system to be used it is critical to understand the environmental conditions as well as the appropriate standards. Robroy Stainless™ provides two unique product families to best fit the needs of your environment. A Traditional product solution for the harshest corrosive environments and a Hygienic product solution for corrosive environments with sanitary concerns.

A Corrosion Solution

Robroy Stainless™ Traditional products have been designed to provide the highest level of corrosion protection in the harshest environments. Features such as an electro-polished finish, centerline threading, blind hole tapping, stamped cover with nitrile gasket and our oxidative thermo process marking make Robroy Stainless™ traditional products.

A Hygienic Solution

Robroy Stainless™ Hygienic products have been designed and tested to provide the highest level of corrosion protection in environments where hygienic (sanitary) performance is critical. Products in this category are easily identifiable by the Robroy® Hygienic symbol which identifies products intended for use in the installation of electrical raceways for sanitary applications. Robroy Stainless™ Hygienic products have a patented hygienic designed conduit body and cover to maximize cleanability and minimize buildup of contaminates of the installed system. Conduit body lids come with a FDA Approved blue (non-food color) silicone gasket with mechanical stops to guarantee optimized compression for environmental ratings. Additional features include centerline threading, captive screw retention and oxidative thermo marking.
